FAQ
Is the Seedling listing really free forever?
Yes. Your basic farm gate listing — including a map pin, contact details and website link — is permanently free. We want every producer in the region on the trail.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can change plans at any time from your producer dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
Do I need to be open to the public every day?
Not at all. You can set specific opening days and hours, mark yourself as "by appointment only", or flag seasonal availability. Visitors will always see accurate information.
How do I get featured on the homepage?
Heritage tier members are eligible for homepage featured placement. Our team will reach out to coordinate this once you've set up your full profile.
Can I list more than one farm or product line?
Each listing covers one physical location. If you run multiple sites (e.g., a farm gate and a stall at a growers' market), contact us and we'll set up a bundle.
